This brand was incredibly helpful with my package. After they shipped it, I realized I no longer needed the motherboard. When it arrived, I had to cover the return shipping myself. I wish they offered a prepaid shipping label for returns (Hence why I’m giving it 4 stars). Once I sent it back and it reached their facility, I received my refund quickly and without any hassle. While I cannot speak to the condition of the item itself since I never opened the box, their customer support was truly outstanding.

Conversation with Barry was very nice and helpful. Motherboard arrived on time. I was skeptical when was told that the board is coming from location in US. I expected to come from China, but delivery was fast and coming from Florida. Everything worked fine.
