Arrived with a broken case stand

I made a purchase for a stick of 8GB RGB DDR5 memory on the website which said new and in stock. I get an email about its out of stock and they have a used one, but its the same price as new.... WTF#1. I asked for a discount since Its used and was told no, but they can give one for next purchase WTF#2. I get the stick in the mail and its the non-RGB version...WTF#3. If DDR prices weren't so high I would I went somewhere else as soon as they tried the bait and switch, but I needed that model ram to run duel channel. Well at least the memory works. Positive note was the shipping was fast once it was sent out.

The shipping/ delivery experience was really bad. A week late from when we were told we were suppose to receive our order. Had to deal with multiple freight vendors to locate our order. We were given the run around for a week.

They sold a used headset that had prior damage marketed as brand new on there website
