Robin was really great to work with and so quick to respond. My only complaint was the cost of shipping, we did have to have it rushed, but even then, it felt a little steep.

Reasonably good service but they could follow up on back orders better. An email periodically to let customer know that the order is still pending would be helpful. I’ve been waiting for 3+ months for a back order and have not heard from them.
