EXCELLENT sales / service
This was, really, quite possibly the easiest, quickest, most hassle-free, feel-good, GREAT salesman experience I have ever had with fire/rescue (EMS) purchasing. I cannot recommend them any higher - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO if you need AED's / cardiac monitors / / vents / pumps / supplies, etc

Good job
The phone sales people were very helpful and I was able to purchase a good used AED. It was a bit expensive but looks almost new. Thanks Jim

Excellent customer service
Alexis was super helpful, professional and very knowledgable. She helped me to zone in on the best AED suitable for our school and even gave me a discount as we bought several. Very pleased with the products we received and Alexis made sure we got them quickly.

We are thrilled to hear you had a pleasant experience with Alexis! It is so important for our schools to be equipped with AEDs, so we appreciate you choosing to work with us to place those devices. Thank you for the positive feedback!
