We received the new AED pads and the new AED Batteries well packaged and in a reasonable time frame. It appears the manufacturer changed the shelf life from 24 months to 18 months according to the attached label.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)Jan 30, 2024
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we don't have control over when the manufacturer changes shelf life terms but we'll have a member of our team reach out to you to ensure all of your questions are answered and you have the longest expiration possible. Thank you for again for your business and for providing us with helpful feedback. We appreciate you!

The battery will never last 4 years they never do that’s my only complaint. I will let you know when it dies.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)Jan 26, 2024
Hi Carla, I see this is your first time ordering from us, thank you for your business! In case you were never informed.. the Cardiac Science G3 battery has an estimated 5-year shelf life (from date of manufacture), and a 4-year full operational replacement guarantee from date of installation. If anything happens within the 4 years, the manufacturer will replace the battery for you at no cost! Please reach out if we can assist you in any other way. Thank you again for your business!

I didn't have any issues with the battery itself. The shipment was a bit later than expected which very well may have been caused by the snowstorm we had in our area as well so over all I am happy with it.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)Jan 25, 2024
Hi Shawna, thank you for the feedback! We had a snow storm in our area as well and UPS and FedEX didn't run for a few days. It sounds like it was "the perfect storm" on both ends! Even though it was out of your hands, we still don't like when shipments are delayed because we take pride in getting life saving equipment to our customers as soon as possible! We're glad to hear it was a good experience over all!

It took a very long time to get the unit. I know that many providers had this same problem.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)Dec 20, 2023
Thanks for the positive feedback. We apologize for the delay in delivering your unit. We understand that timely delivery is important, and we regret any inconvenience caused by this extended wait time as supply chain issues have indeed been a challenge across many providers recently. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Please know that we are continuously working to improve our logistics and delivery processes to better serve our customers. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're committed to ensuring a more efficient experience in the future.

Fast and easy to order. Fast delivery too. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is I thought the price on the pads were quite high.
Response from Coro Medical (AED.US)Oct 19, 2023
We're delighted to hear you found the ordering process quick and straightforward, and that you were pleased with the prompt delivery. However, we understand your concerns regarding the cost of the Philips Onsite Pediatric pads. Please note that there is a MAP (minimum advertising price) set by the manufacturer so we cannot advertise a lower price online. We are always welcome to discuss pricing over the phone if that is an option for you. Thanks again for the positive feedback!
