Failed product delivery
Failed product delivery. Still waiting for PEDs pads. You have had our organization’s money since early Spring. When I called for update, person was rude and unhelpful. If I could give no stars - I would. I have been an RN for decades and this in unacceptable service to your customers.

The Philips Pedi pads have been and are still on a national manufacturer backorder. While this is out of our control, it's not the experience we want you to have. We're verifying to make sure you receive periodic backorder status notifications. As soon as we receive the pads from the manufacturer, we'll get your order shipped out. Our deepest apologies that you didn't receive the level of service we pride ourselves on. This issue is being addressed with our team. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
