The order process was easy except I uploaded my Tax Exemption Form and was still charged tax.

Our representative Leigh Lynch was very…
Our representative Leigh Lynch was very helpful. We would have given a 5 but there is a delay in product delivery occurring right now. Sent an email for follow up regarding how much longer the delay will be but have not received an email back with an update on arrival of battery and adult pads. We are aware of the shortage from manufacturer but would like to know how much longer we need to expect.

Great Customer Service
When I contacted them to follow up on a battery order they were very professional and attentive. I received an email while waiting for my order that gave me exact time range and day it would arrive.

Backordered
The gear was supposed to be in stock when I ordered. Atter the order was placed I got email saying it was backordered with no info on when it would ship. We needed the replacement pads and battery but no info about the timing. After the second email with notice of backorder, I sent a second email to customer service and they replied. The order took almost two months to be fulfilled. Other than that, service was fine. Just not fast.

New AED battery
Went to the website, typed my AED model # and it gave the proper battery needed. It matched perfectly and was not an aftermarket part. The order was placed and it arrived when promised. It was an easy transaction.
