The original order was back ordered.
The original order was back ordered and I was not informed of this till I had a chat with customer service. Upon hearing of this the chat person changed my order to one that was on hand and shipped it right away.

AED Pads - Frustrating Experience
Update: business emailed and apologized. I do appreciate that. Ordering online was easy. I got a confirmation email, but there was no followup on when getting the AED pads so I called. I was told there was a 6 month back order. I made arrangements to borrow the AED pads and drove 45 minutes to get them at a sister business. And guess what??? I got an email the next day they were being shipped.

We did try reaching you by phone and also sent a follow-up email to clarify. Our records show the pads shipped expire in September 2027, meeting the full 2-year lifespan. I bought the Mystery AED
I bought the Mystery AED and it arrived quickly. As I suspected this is an older model. I ran the diagnostic tests and it all passes. I gave 4 stars because the pads only have 2yrs and 2 months left and the battery has 3yrs 2 months. The unit appears to be fully functional and does have signs of wear. But what do you expect for only $395? And looks don't save lives, actions do and the unit I got should be able to perform when needed.
