Hi Josue, I looked into your order and it is scheduled to be delivered today. The delay was due to the holiday. You placed the order on 8/30 after business hours and we were closed for Labor Day. All orders were entered the following day. If you need anything else, please reach out to our Customer Experience team! Thank you!

We appreciate the feedback and apologize for the issues you are facing. According to UPS, we are seeing that the order was shipped January 3rd and was delivered, but a claim has been filed. Our team is looking into it and we will be in touch shortly with an update.
