Instructions (Clearer)
I can't figure out how to put the manikin together. I need word instructions, not just pictures. I need a phone number to talk to someone. I sent a request with my email but haven't gotten a response yet.

Well honestly I’ve never had such a hard time trying to get folks to do their job, CORRECTLY.
Well honestly I’ve never had such a hard time getting a company to do the right thing. Nobody within the various departments communicates. They send short data products and charge full price, then bill me for items already paid for. For 2 simple orders I had a good 5-10 emails and calls. I’m Done. No more orders EVER!

Far too long to receive product

Frustrated: Received AED Battery Already One Year Old
We received our replacement battery, and it is already 1 year old. (12/13/23). I would appreciate a battery that is current and not outdated.
