I ordered an expensive item, and it arrived damaged. I sent an e-mail to customer service with an explanation and photographs of the damaged item. Crickets. No response. This a poor representation of your customer service. UPDATE 11/21/25: I received a call from Alexis to help resolve the concern. Alexis repeatedly followed up with the status of her resolution efforts. The company sent me a replacement regulator quickly. Thank you Coro Medical/AED.US for making things right.
