Easy to order on line
Easy to order on line. Provider updated on shipping timeline. Only negative. AED pads are pretty expensive for cash strapped non profits.

Great Customer Service!!
When I placed the order they were up front with the lead time of the order, When I called and followed up on the order the representative was very polite and gave me an update. Once order was shipped I promptly received the tracking information. Item arrived as ordered.
