Ordered / Out of Stock / No Response I've tried to contact the company multiple times to no avail. No response and still don't have our critically needed AED device. They took our order then notified us it was out of stock. Terrible experience and do not recommend this company.

I ordered a battery for my life saving device and now, nearly a month later they have not sent word saying....hey, sorry there has been a small delay, NOTHING. So now after spending my $200 I have to reach out to ask: Where is my BATTERY?
Response from AED.comJan 9, 2025
Hi Mark! We apologize for your negative experience. We understand how frustrating it can be when stock availability isn't clearly communicated and we're sorry our team fell short. Our inventory can fluctuate daily, which may cause unexpected delays in shipments. If you are still waiting on your order, please contact our customer care team directly at [email protected] for a status update. Thank you for your patience!
