Wow - this was a bad time. I ordered re-furbished devices and nowhere was I told that they get delivered as they come in and that they had none at the time. I sat for over 3 weeks waiting for them to be delivered assuming they were in stock. When I called to follow up, I kept having to wait 5 minutes before leaving voicemail - no one called back. I emailed, no one followed up. After 3 days, I finally got a hold of someone and found out that my devices would come at some unknown time. I cancelled my order - it then took over 5-10 more minutes for them to figure out how to cancel the order. I went to a different vendor for my purchase.

I tried to use the web site and I was having trouble with sign in and reset, never got the links and I called he phone number on the webpage a lovely person Ina was able to answer my questions and take my order over the phone. Good old fashioned over he phone customer service!
