Place an order for 2 Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 Plus. Waited almost a month with no word. Then was asked to pay again. I had to reach out and asked what happened to the payment I made the first time. They said, "because item may have been backordered" the card was not charged. Why couldn't the company reach out to let me know but instead asked for payment instead. Also, I made the payment and still no word of when the delivery is going to happen.
