quick delivery

You didn't charge me sales tax and the order has been held up until I pay the taxes. I have tried several times to call you to give you cc # to finalize this but everytime I call you your number is busy and I cannot get through. order #413008. Update - this company did an awesome job rectifying the issue and I am very impressed with their follow up and customer support. Would definitely recommend using them in the future.

I had to make mutiple calls to FedEx (four times) and to the seller (three times) due to order and delivery issues. Customer service was not very helpful, in my opinion. Can't say much for the product since I haven't received it yet (ordered 10 days ago). It looks like it will take 2 weeks before I finally get it. I hope it was worth the trouble. Next time, I'd rather order from Amazon (2-day delivery w/ Prime) or buy at local business supply store. I'll probably end up paying little more, but would not have to spend an hour on the phone trying to get the package.
