Harder than necessary
Took multiple phone calls and emails to get my order processed. When it arrived, parts were missing. Don't recommend.

No problems with ordering, But No Tracking
No problems with ordering, but I did not get any tracking information. The item was delivered and did not know it, until I asked for the status. I found our shipment at our second building 3 days after it wa delivered

I loaded the new batteries in the AED…
I loaded the new batteries in the AED and the AED still shows a red "X". I believe the batteries are bad.
