I ordered 2 AED and 2 child…
I ordered 2 AED and 2 child attachments. I received an email saying I marked the order tax exempt.(Honestly I didn't notice that on the order the first time.) I replied back to the email saying that was done in error and to charge my card the tax. I never got a follow up email or a call before the order was canceled. Didn't know until my credit card was credited for the original amount. My cell number was clearly in my order details. Surprised no one picked up the phone before cancelling a $1500 order. Had to go back on the site and order everything a second time. This delayed receiving my original order by weeks.
