Shipping ended up being delayed due to the winter storm that knocked out the entire Southern US. Needed this to go out on a project, 1 simple email and they responded within a couple hrs and had it over night to me. Outstanding customer service 👏 will be a customer from here on out

Spoke with John from Cardio Partners and he answered all of my questions on my purchase of an AED. John also went out of his way to research rules and regulations for an AED in my state. I highly recommend Cardio Partners's service.

After signing up for the first class available, this has been a complete disaster.. I am on a corporate covid vaccination team going to LTCFs and signed up for CPR as part of the certification process for Imunizing Technician. Those that signed up for the later in March classes were allowed to take a virtual class and recieved their certificate within 24 hours. I was required to take the in person class today. The trainer isn't allowed to process and print certificates. Tried to retrieve my certificate online, it doesn't give a timeline. I call the customer support line, the recording said it can take up to 15 DAYS!!! Spoke with a representative that said they only have 3 employees for their nationwide company that process certificates and it could be as soon as 7 business days. Complete waist of the trainer's time, company payroll and my personal time on my day off.
