Everything we received from you was in excellent condition. But, as before we have been backordered on our child key (1) and the adult chest pads x (6). so as a result I have 4600 words ADE's in my office that need to be shipped out to my outlying offices that I cannot send until I receive the rest of my order. Being an administrator for the company I do realize these things happen. Even my first order had the child key backorder however all just pads were included. I have no problem waiting for the backordered items and I do understand living in Alaska you don't always get what you want when you want it. I am very impressed though with your refurbished Philips units and this will not prevent me from ordering additional units should I need them. I still think you guys rock!

The pads you suggested I buy did not fit our AED and had to be returned.

Still don’t have my device and the email they for customer care they give for support came back as unrecognized.

No one has responded to me on multiple requests.
