I ordered an AED in March. Cardio Partners (CP) was great about taking my money but never told me when I would receive the device. The website showed units available so I paid for overnight shipping. It is now almost July and no device. I have called multiple times and each time customer support said the unit was unavailable but should be in the next week and they would let me know one way or another what the status would be. Not once did I receive an email or phone call with an update. It has been almost 4 months for something that should have been overnight per what the website said about the unit's availability. I am utterly disappointed in the overall lack of communication from this company. I see a common theme in the responses on poor reviews: "Manufacturing back order...". How about a little communication informing the client of the situation and setting some expectations? I can understand the kinks in supply chain but what I find irritating is letting the client hang on the line without any notification.
