We ordered back in April, have had zero communication on where our product is. I called in June and was told it was on backorder. I have since ordered from a different company and we received our order in a matter of a week. I also sent an email to them asking to cancel my order and for a full refund, only to get an email back saying their is no such email address. I will be contacting the BBB or if needed a lawyer if we have have not received a full refund or our product within the next week. This is crazy!

Product is as described, it arrived on time and not expired, thank you!

I have not heard if and when my product will be delivered.

It seems so many items everywhere are out of stock and I was kept informed. I now find my order is on its way and the scheduled date was July 30th so I am happy.

An order was place on an item that is back ordered or out of stock. The website made no mention of this and allowed the purchase to go through even though the item is unavailable. Correspondence has not resulted in an answer as to the timeframe. This is a replacement battery for an AED which is needed.
