I wish there was an option for Non-Exempt. Being a Non-profit organization it is hard to find suppliers that will allow you to opt out of paying the tax portion.

We only recieved 1 part of the aed (the battery) and they only billed us for the battery. I called them because I ordered the entire package. It's been 3 weeks. The lady i spoke with (who was amazing) said thats been happening and explained items were on back order and we wouldn't be charged till they shipped. That's understand but wpuld have been nice to know at time of ordering.

The confirmation notice stated that due to supply shortages, shipments may be delayed. Why wasn’t that disclosed beforehand? That seems shady to me.
