Ordered AED pads nearly a month ago, have yet to receive them. I keep getting promised the item will ship priority and that I will get it the next day. I've been promised that 4 times now. I've asked for a manager to call me, but have only been able to speak with a customer service rep, who although nice, hasn't been able to produce results. This is one of the most unreliable companies I've worked with. This is unfortunate because my company was prepared to purchase thousands of dollars with of items to stock our 30+ stores with. Glad I did a test order first. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company.

Clear listing of products with photos, lots of product options and packages so you get everything you need all in one order. Website had easy to navigate information and promotional codes available.

I still have not received this product. It was ordered on 7/23. I called on 8/1 and said it was in stock but not released for shipping. Said that it will be immediately released and shipped overnight at AED expense for the troubles. Called again on 8/7. Still not released. Person said it was an issue with the payment not matching the price of the product. The reason is that a WELCOME10 discount code was used for 10% off and used it at time of checkout. So yes, the price is lower than the list. Person said they are trying to get to the management to release it. So several problems: 1) no one followed up with me on the order itself and my follow up call. 2) I called twice and still nothing. 3) They need to fix their computer system for these discount code. 4) Need to fix the system to alert those orders not filled over a certain time like a few days are notified of issues so you can follow up.
