The design is good but the roof panel holes do not line up well with the cross braces which were slightly bent. The roofing trim material needs to be 1 step heavier to avoid the bending at the slightest touch. There should be a 2nd brace on top of legs on all 4 sides to avoid legs bending when fully assembled. The instruction sheet did not include the last detail of the front 3 cross brace pieces to attach before trim is added.

The product was pretty nice. There were quite a few cracks in the wood when we received it but that could have been due to handling while being shipped. Contacted customer serviced about said cracked pieces and they offered a discount to offset the price of us having to fix some pieces ourselves. So far so good; seems it will keep our chicks safe and dry.

Delivery is excellent. My problem is that I cannot find installer in our city. The one I found will charge me $65/hour. We are elderly on retirement income and mobility problem. The manual says need 5 persons to install and google search says for one person it will take 2 days. It will be very nice if installation included with purchase.

Update 8/23/26 So, I reached out and they tried to work with me. They did not replace the parts but offered a 10% refund if I update my review. Not the exact outcome I wanted but I can appreciate them trying to help.

Product is good for price. Instructions could’ve been better but used to that from company I work for. Separated all the parts. Delivery from FedEx was terrible. Looked like they backed up the truck and jammed the brakes. Fortunately nothing broke or missing

The service was excellent. The materials were not a solid wood ,without pre- drilling holes ,wood splits easily. The protection on the wood was quality. The instructions for installation was not well defined, critical exploded views for corners for base panels example F6 and f7 were inch and a half short . No sticker designation on many prefabed parts and alot of sorting to find what material was suppose to be in boxes not labeled A,B or C.I have experience in prefab furniture I liked the product,hope this helps.

Ordering was easy and fast, delivery was on time. But I believe that when advertising, the dimensions given should include height, was expected a bit taller unit.

I bought the 16 x 10 self standing shade. This worked out great so bought a smaller 8x8. I noticed that the metal roof was not available for that smaller unit. When I received it, the kit was of intact and complete but to my surprise, the polycarbonate roof panels where not fully sun blocking. If this was clear on the website, I missed it. I have both units close to each other so wanted them to look alike. This was a bit disappointing. Either way, i'm happy with these units.
