Hello Amire, We could not find any open tickets from a person named Amire. We have sent a request through TrustPilot for more information so that we can track your ticket down and see what went wrong in this specific instance/case. We do not see any open tickets about servers being offline or any tickets in the "Critical Issues" ticket department. If your ticket is urgent, such as a service being offline, we have a specific department which will expedite your ticket and guarantee an urgent response. There is an automated responder which tells you this upon opening a normal ticket. However, there are currently no open tickets under our "Critical Issues" department. Thanks

Great VPS Hosting Company , But If You Can Improve Support Response Time It Would Be Great

Thank you for your review of Advin Servers. We are still working on improving our support. We are looking into hiring more members to be apart of our support team, and we aim to respond to tickets as quickly as possible. As we are a smaller provider, we are still working on growing our staff team. Within the past few weeks, we've been swarmed with both orders and tickets, resulting in sometimes higher ticket response times. However, we've been working on improving our response times.

My server in their Florida location was deployed instantly and my server is running perfectly. Support is a little slow to respond, but has been quite helpful in getting my server up and running. Overall decent VPS servers.

Updated review: Service is still pretty good, other than the long wait times and the slow support, but with cheap servers, you either get great support and bad quality products or bad support bit quality products. Advin provides better quality than support, which is what you get with cheap services. I do highly recommend if on a tight budget! edit: service has gotten a better since this review!
