Honest review for using advin for almost a year. Works well but may have some issues. The server uptime is almost 100% a-few issues I've had was additional IPs being reverted every so often making me have to reconfigure them but other than that it's been very good for price.

Been using advinservers since around 2021. Incredible hosting for the price, any issues you have can be fixed easily and quickly just by creating a ticket.

They have improved tremendously since their implementation of owned HW, the uptime is simply good for the price.

I have used Advin servers for a very long time. They are my go-to host when I need something quick and super affordable. I can't imagine going to anyone else.

Performance is good, but the ticket wait is so long, i waited about 4 hours and still didn't get a response, I use their KVM for my customers and i ran out of storage then i asked to increase my storage in ticket with "Critical Issues" thinking i would get a response fast but no it didn't it's the same as the normal tickets, and it's been 4 hours since i created the ticket and my customers is mad, not recommended

Hello, We clearly advertise the storage limits for all of our VPS's on our website. A ticket like that requires our sales department, as you require an increase in specifications or an upgrade of your VPS. The "Critical Issues" department is also more meant for issues where the server is offline due to problems from our side, not for storage increases or VPS upgrades. In the future, if you estimate that you are going to run out of VPS storage of capacity, we would recommend opening a ticket ~1 day beforehand so that we can take a look at the request and present you with some options. Sales tickets take time to process, they are not immediate. Thank you!

wow! thier network and hardware is good ( NL region), i used other vps providers and it struggled to host 10 websites with same specs but with thier 8 usd server i have 30+ websites hosted and CPU and RAM load is always below 50%, 0 downtimes.

Prices amazing. Network amazing (speaking for NL). Hardware amazing. Amazingn't? Support. Not 24/7, more like 1/1, but that's justifiable with 1 employee and tons of backstage work. And some issues - not dealbreaker but still annoying. Just, please, be quiet in the Discord server. Otherwise you'll quickly regret it.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We currently have 2 employees for support, and we typically respond within 12-24 hours (within a few hours depending on the time the ticket was created) at most depending on the type of ticket that you receive. While this is a bit of a long response time, typically we respond to critical issues tickets much quicker depending on the time of day it was made. Our support has been much better as of recently. If you are experiencing any issues with our service, feel free to open a ticket. We'd be happy to assist you and address any concerns that you have. Thank you!
