Port 25 is blocked by default across all of our services to prevent abusive activity. It can be unblocked if you provide us with justification. If you paid through credit card and cancelled within 72 hours of ordering, it is eligible for a refund back to your credit card. You just need to ask our support team about invoking this option, the default means of refunds are through account credit. I have sent a request through TrustPilot for more information as I could not find you in our system.

Hello Sins, I have checked the ticket number that you have provided and it appears that we have already resolved your issue. Our refund policy requires you to open a ticket within 48 hours. Once the ticket is created, you are within the refund policy and we can issue you with a refund. Thank you

Hello Amire, We could not find any open tickets from a person named Amire. We have sent a request through TrustPilot for more information so that we can track your ticket down and see what went wrong in this specific instance/case. We do not see any open tickets about servers being offline or any tickets in the "Critical Issues" ticket department. If your ticket is urgent, such as a service being offline, we have a specific department which will expedite your ticket and guarantee an urgent response. There is an automated responder which tells you this upon opening a normal ticket. However, there are currently no open tickets under our "Critical Issues" department. Thanks
