Poor support and automatic payment failure (SOLVED)
I stayed with Advin Servers for a long time because the VPS itself was good. However, the support experience was extremely disappointing. I had my card saved on my account and payments had always been handled automatically. This time, the payment was apparently not processed, and the VPS was eventually cancelled. I contacted support expecting them to help resolve the issue, but instead I was simply told that the service had been terminated and could not be restored, meaning I would have to purchase the VPS again. I was willing to pay the outstanding amount, but the way this situation was handled was very disappointing. When a payment system is supposed to work automatically and something goes wrong, I expect the provider to properly investigate and help the customer instead of simply losing a long-term customer. The VPS itself was good, but the support and handling of this payment issue were not. EDIT. Update: The issue has now been resolved after further communication through the support ticket. We managed to find a solution, and I appreciate the support in getting this sorted out.

I hope you're doing well. As we've mentioned in the ticket, our payment gateway (Stripe) blocked your payment as the card was declined by them. They did not provide a particular reason, however, it is believed that it was blocked due to concerns over fraud. We sent around 2 emails about your payment failing, suspended the service, and sent another 6 emails warning about termination and overdue invoices on your account. Once an account is beyond 7 days from the due date, it is cancelled and the data cannot be recovered. The data is completely removed from our servers and there is nothing we can do to restore it, which we had explained to you politely in the ticket. I'm not sure what you were expecting in terms of our support experience. Once a service is deleted, there is no way to recover the data and the IP address is automatically released back into the pool. We offered to recreate your plan while honoring the same discount.
