However, I’d like to clarify that we retired our Brazil location almost a year ago, and we could not locate your client account based on your TrustPilot username. Over the past year, we’ve made significant improvements to our services. We now own all our hardware, network infrastructure, and rack space, rather than relying on third-party providers. This shift has greatly enhanced the quality and reliability of our offerings. Our servers now utilize high-end AMD EPYC processors with Gen4 enterprise NVMe SSDs—the same caliber of hardware used by leading cloud computing companies. Additionally, each location is equipped with backup hardware to ensure smooth operations in the event of any failure. The challenges we faced in Brazil arose when we were still renting older Xeon-based servers with lower-end SSDs from one of the region’s largest hosting providers. Despite our best efforts, there were unforeseen issues, which is why we decided to stop new orders and eventually retire the location. These past experiences have driven us to take full control of our hardware and networks, providing better service and stability to our customers moving forward.
