AdvantageLumber.comReviews of advantagelumber.com

From pricing to stock, website and finally delivery - Advantage Lumber is clearly the best.

The customer service and quality of the product were both super. I ordered Ipe handrailings in 20' lengths. The boards were straight and the milling was clean. Product arrived in a timely fashion. Shipping on 20's is expensive. I have not found a better alternative.

Excellent and big selection. Pricing seems fair. Staff is very friendly.

We (understandingly) had some confusion over my order placed on the floor of the AAW Symposium. Once I alerted them to the issue, they immediately made it right plus more! I couldn't ask for better response. I look forward to my next encounter with these great people!

Service - at the AAW in Kansas - was excellent and it arrived in a few days. I haven't turned the wood yet so I can't comment further, but I have high hopes.

Very good communication and sharing of information. Helped determine what I needed and got it done ahead of schedule. The small hiccup encountered was handled well and quickly and actually allowed me to visit the site and learn a lot more about the operation. I will be using them again no doubt.

Good prices but wood was very wet.

very happy with both the delivery experience and quality of material.
