Waiting two weeks without receiving your parts, making multiple phone calls, and then still not having clarity on where the shipment went is understandably frustrating. When you were told a replacement would be sent overnight and that also didn’t arrive, that only adds to the concern. When customers order semi-truck and heavy-duty truck parts, especially time-sensitive components, we know delays can directly impact operations and revenue. Not having accurate tracking or clear answers is not the level of service we aim to provide at Advanced Truck Parts.
