First part was defective and tool…
First part was defective and tool almost 3 weeks to finally get it replaced. Super slow at responding to my emails and not 1 word to when the new one would arrive. STAW AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

On top of that, slow email responses and not being given a clear timeline for when the replacement would arrive is not the level of communication we aim to provide at Advanced Truck Parts. When it comes to semi-truck and heavy-duty truck parts, delays can directly impact your business and vehicle downtime. We should have communicated more clearly and proactively throughout the replacement process. I paid extra to get the shipment and…
I paid extra to get the shipment and was told that it would be to me on Thursday and I did not receive it until Friday. I had to call 3 times to see if I was going to receive the part to get a answer. We had to contact your company to even get a tracking #.
