If you were told by a salesperson that the turbocharger was new and you received a rebuilt or remanufactured unit instead — without being clearly notified — that is understandably frustrating. The distinction between new OEM and rebuilt turbochargers is extremely important, especially for diesel and heavy-duty truck applications. At Advanced Truck Parts, product condition (new, OEM, remanufactured, or used) should always be clearly identified on the invoice and in the listing. If there was any miscommunication or fulfillment error, we take that seriously and want to review it immediately.
