Diligence works
Advanced Tax Solutions worked on resolving a large settlement with the IRS for us. It took awhile (stalled during Covid epidemic) but they persevered and were successful in negotiating a monthly payment amount that was below what we had asked for. They were great to work with.

Completed the ask, but communication not ideal. Online portal seems limited. Seemed challenged with CA state process.

Hi Melissa. Thanks for your input. I'm glad we completed the task for you, but am sorry it wasn't perfect. We strive to give 100% satisfaction, but sometimes the fit isn't just right. I'm not sure what the limitations are with the Portal, and we'd really appreciate your feedback so we can improve it. Please call 303-753-6040 and discuss with Jenna and maybe we can improve for the next person. lol, everyone is challenged by the state of CA process. The Franchise Tax Board in CA is not known to be a user friendly organization! But, I'm glad we got it done for you, and sorry we didn't meet your expectations fully. Best, Todd Whalen, Owner.

Handled a big back tax project with ease
Engaged this team for a big back tax project that was stressful for me. They created a plan and thoroughly gathered information and executed effectively. Felt such relief to know they were asking the right questions, bringing everything together and making it easy for me to get positive resolve.
