Your tax preparation has been accurate

I would not say my experience was great. It was satisfactory. All my needs are met in a timely fashion. When your tax return is a small fish in a big pond one can not expect too much. And I understand why. I'm grateful I've found a agency that helps me out every tax season.

Overall a great experience but... Our account set up a payment plan with the IRS. They got the dates messed up and we owe a payment much sooner than what we thought was scheduled.
