Hi Melissa. Thanks for your input. I'm glad we completed the task for you, but am sorry it wasn't perfect. We strive to give 100% satisfaction, but sometimes the fit isn't just right. I'm not sure what the limitations are with the Portal, and we'd really appreciate your feedback so we can improve it. Please call 303-753-6040 and discuss with Jenna and maybe we can improve for the next person. lol, everyone is challenged by the state of CA process.
