I've seen David, a PA, at the Heathrow office for many years now and feel he is very observant and caring. I've feel comfortable asking him questions and discussing skin issues with him. I always try to get the first appointment of the day or the first one after lunch because they always run behind from that point forward.

My care was excellent. My procedure and my pre and post op instructions were great. I had insurance issues related to the practice saying they had what they needed for an authorization when they did not. Insurance is difficult, but I scheduled way ahead and there was plenty of time to make sure everything was correct.

I had a good experience and The staff was professional. But I feel like the internal stitches are not healing properly I’m not sure what the problem is and I have moved away to Sarasota.

Everything about Advanced Dermatology went very well as far as diagnoses, removal of infected areas and the skin graft. All healed well and no after effects, On the last procedure the start time was later that it should have been causing my release time being after closing time. Just a bit inconvenient otherwise great job..

Office staff was great and so was the doctor. Just wish you had a permanent office in Cheboygan, but I know staffing and equipment probably makes that pretty much impossible.

I was greeted at 7am with bright smiles and warm welcomes from all of the staff. Check in was super easy even as a new patient. Everything was electronic on an i pad. The vitals were taken by a nurse and moments later my nurse practitioner came in. I showed her what I wanted to be gone as far as my acne and acne scars and told her my skin was oily. She prescribed me a prescription of facial wash, gel, and antibiotics and I made a follow up for 2 months. Minutes later I received a notification from my pharmacy that my prescription was ready for pick up. It was such a quick and easy transition beginning to end. I am so glad with the results so far and I will go back. I am confident in my physicians knowledge.
