Casey and Brenda are a great team. Casey removed a Basel cell lesion on the calf of my leg with precision. Brenda gave the shot to deaden the area with skill. Bother ladies are professional & friendly.

Generally, I pay my bill after my insurance has paid first. I pay my Co-pay at the office call.

Great Dr. On time appointment. Super friendly people there. Billing a little disappointing. Estimate collected at check out not close to what final bill was form a Orlando FL address. Think finally settled though.

Everyone was professional, it just took a while to get referrals. After tests, still don’t know where rash comes from. Will wait to see if it returns. Jeanne Thanks for your help.

The doctors are excellent. They do a thorough body scan and make time for questions The laser therapy was less than satisfactory. An aide ushered me into the room. Did not introduce herself. I had to ask who she was. She got me ready for the laser including covering my eyes. I never saw Tracey and am not even sure it was her giving the treatment. I requested emphasis on a particular part of my face. Those area did not receive the treatment. I was informed by the side that the price had gone up even though I was quoted $250 per treatment. They now wanted $300. I protested and was told after checking with the front office that it would be $250 if I paid for lthis treatment and the next one on that day. When I went to check out I was told that I only needed to pay for that treatment and I would be allowed to pay $250 next time. I have chosen not to have a third treatment due to the above circumstances.

Need to spend more time with patient explaining procedure that is about to take place in detail before procedure starts. To include post procedure expectations. I have been to this office over 7 times and although the doctor bills for the service during each of those visits I have never seen the doctor. Seen only PA's or LPN's and one RN during surgery. That being said, results have been excellent. Office staff is friendly and attentive. Visit usually occurs within 30 min. Of appointment time.

Good medical team, no long waiting time , friendly personal!

Thought I would see the dermatologist for first visit. I believe I was seen by a nurse practitioner.
