Appointment and skin check was very quick, almost too quick. Felt like I wasn't listened to as much as I'd like.

Everything was real good.

Sometimes hard to make appointment by phone. Long wait to see main doctor. Not allowed to directly call office in general have a main line. Very efficient usually when dispensing medicines though. Seem efficient, a lot of providers in different locations, so one can try out different places and see which one is most convenient.

First visit.....have been on annual checks for a while. As a retired physician, I was very impressed with the efficiency and thoroughness of Dr. Capin and staff. My spouse and I will continue with our care here.

Office in Phoenix off 7th not convenient to, and Bell, not convenient. Office on Chaparral put me off to 7th? Cream prescribed for my body itch at Bell is great and stops irritation But apparently I have to use it continually and does solve the cause of the constant skin irritation? Ron

Great staff and professionals quite knowledgeable. I almost said 5 stars but did 4 because I think everyone and everything can be improved. I highly recommend Advamced.
