Office visit was fine, but had s Biopsy, have NOT received a call with results. It been over a month!!! I left a messag 2 days ago and still have not received a call back with RESULTS ❗️

The visit itself was fine. There was a longer wait than I anticipated and there were problems with the air conditioning, making me a bit uncomfortable. My biggest concern was that I had to telephone to get the results of a biopsy performed. I had been told that I would receive a call with the results, whether good or bad. Two full weeks had passed when I called and the person who answered said that the results were not yet in. Then he noted that they should have been in. He did call several hours later and said that I had nothing to worry about, no cancerous cells.

Very nice receptionist and staff. I was in for a full body scan and was placed in a room that was in the direct line of view of the staff and waiting area. Not cool. Also, I felt the PA who conducted the body scan was very quick and not very thorough. She stood about 2 feet from me to conduct the scan.

I love the Doctors and stuff but the waiting time is crazy too long. Not happy with that

i had a biopsy and no one called with my results. I had to call numerous times and it took 1 month to hear back. I really like the nurse practitioner who i saw though and the staff is incredibly nice.
