I scheduled a skin cancer check-up with Dr. Boyle. I was prepped and waiting - she came in and spent 3 or 4 minutes with me. She was clearly in a hurry. She froze a few pre-cancer spots, told me all was well, and then left. Within a month or so, I noticed a small sore spot on my forehead. I made an appointment with Dr. Boyle's PA, Kelly Finnegan. She took the time to listen and examine me and took a piece for biopsy. It turned out to be skin cancer. I then had a procedure at another office to remove the cancer. I can recommend Kelly Finnegan, but not Dr. Boyle. I expect some time and some bedside manner without feeling that I am getting in the way of a doctor's schedule.

Henry was good and the nurse was great. I forgot to ask for a copy a my biopsy report during my appointment and then called the office to ask them to send or email it to me but was told I had to come to the office ‘to sign a paper’ to get my report! I’ve never heard of anything so ridiculous....why should I drive (45 min) back to the office to sign a paper to get MY report. They refused to send it to me.

Good experience overall with the doctor but $200 out of pocket to get warts frozen off seems a bit much to me. And they are still there, it didn’t even do a thing to them.

Staff was rushed and doctor did not impress as being compassionate or willing to answer questions.

Had cancer removed from nose, good job, 3 months later have bump on side of nose?

I give 5 stars to Dr. Potter, I am so happy and pleased with her care, that I have referred other members of my family to her. Very unhappy with the office manager, to talk to her is very difficult to fix billing mistakes by your company, right now I have a problem with a bill for doing wrong the codes, I got those from my insurance Simply and gave them to her and still has not been fixed, very frustrating

The PA removed the entire cancerous growth satisfactorily, but the wound from the cancer removal on my lower leg has still not completely healed two and a half months after the surgery.

My problem has not being solved after many visits.
