The doctors there are great, BUT he lady at the front office is not cooperative, I was so surprised by the way she deals with us, she just hung up the phone with out a word when I asked her to try finding me a sooner appointment to make up for the appointment that they couldn’t fulfill and rescheduled 3 times in a row, delaying my son’s appointment for around 3 months, that wasn’t expected in such a respectful place. They also gave me hard time sending the prescription to the right pharmacy, they did it after so many calls.

Just bad experience. They don't care about the patient. All they care about the money.

Very, very nice personnel. However I have not gotten the results I wished for in any way as I have payed for a treatment I will not receive due to the corona virus. A global pandemic is raging and the state of NSW is closing down as well and still, Advanced Dermatology offers no refund or any other solution. They just care about keeping your money. I can understand if I myself didn’t make it to an appointment but the whole world is in lockdown and surely it should be considered in the refund policy.

I gave this office 2 stars only because of the continued presence of Dr. Wright, who is a wonderful physician who has been providing skin cancer care for me for over 30 years. Other than that it would earn a zero. The staff has gone downhill, trying to speak to anyone in the local office by phone is a joke because everything goes to voicemail and they DO NOT return calls, and scheduling is done by an outside service that can't answer any questions. When this was Dr Wright's private business it was great; now that it's been sold to a national corporate medical entity it's a horribly frustrating and miserable experience. Look elsewhere for a decent dermatologist as I will be, since Dr Wright will likely retire soon in any event

My experience was as follows: 1. Too long of a wait time lobby/other to see the Dr. 2. Ongoing communication with Dr regarding treatment was poor at best. 3. There was miscommunication regarding prescriptions, when they should be applied, which script to use first, etc.

I ask for an appointment on line at the website and never heard from anyone, so I didn't have an appointment.

I was very disappointed that you cannot see a physician. I was referred by my doctor to check for recurring skin cancer. A physician assistant checked me and performed the biopsy. I was given a follow-up appointment to review the results. Upon arrival, I was informed that again I would be seeing a physician assistant. I requested an appointment with a licensed physician. I was told there was only one doctor to serve the entire practice and that she was booked up a year in advance. The receptionist then tried to explain to me there are no differences between a physician and a physician assistant. If this be the case, why would anyone spend all the money, school, and residency practice if they could just go for the additional training to qualify as a physician assistant? I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this practice. I cannot in clear conscience recommend Cambio Dermatology.
