I will never go there again. I called and made appointment but when I went, the appointment had not been entered on the calendar. I had a biopsy on a place on my forehead and it took almost six weeks to get the results. I finally went to a surgeon who removed the cancer from my forehead. Since Albany Dermatology was sold to Advanced Dermatology, the same office personnel are no longer there.

Didn’t care about skin concerns

Marty Frey was horrible, rude and obnoxious. My daughter is already a nervous teen struggling with acne. This lady made her feel awful. She is not at all knowledgeable about African American skin care and doesn’t listen. She just runs around and rushes.

I can never get a hold of a human being in the Brandon office and it is very frustrating. If there was a way, this office would be a lot better. I am changing dermatologist's due to this inconvenience.

My cancer removal on my left leg was in Mar or Apr. I'm still fighting infection @ the site.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and focused on resolving my problem. The office staff is unorganized and would delete my appointments that were scheduled while I was standing at the checkout, 3 times I showed up for my appointments and was told I had no appointment. In plain language, the office staff is very disrespectful.

The medication RX does not work, I'm battling this condition for 6 months and 2 different RX.
