Dear Kiyomi, We haven't received any email from your side. We went back to look at your order and seems like the system flagged it as fraudulent and automatic cancel it and refund. At current stage we cannot process your order, it's not in our possibilities. Characteristics of this order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past: - Billing address or credit card's address wasn't available. - Billing address ZIP or postal code isn't available to match with credit card's registered address. Furthermore, the system should have sent an automatic email of cancelling and refunding your order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
