customer service responded quickly to any questions i had and even went one better giving me 3d images of my physical ear molds. an added bonus to this purchase. the earbuds feel comfortable and ok right off the bat.

On the Adv sounds website, all instructions to get a good ear mold and the time it will take from them receiving the ear molds to finish earbuds shipped to the customer is very accurate, there customer service is very prompt in answering all questions and very accurate. When I received the earbuds and followed the instructions they were paired with in 2 minutes when I put the earbuds in my ears I have never had a better fit. After 1-2 weeks wearing them ever day they fit perfectly sealed all outside sounds out and the music quality is great. From my dealings with Adv sound I would highly recommend this company, look no further these are perfect.

I was a little skeptical at first but Great upgrade from my regular ones that come with the AirPod pros! Much more comfortable and my earphones don’t slip out like they used to when I workout, great buy.

During a recent winter storm my package was lost and never delivered. When I messaged the customer service team they immediately sent another and were completely understanding. I am thankful for this experience and love the product that I received!

Love these - had a pair from another vendor and they didn't allow the top to close properly. These fit great and allow my case to properly close. Just ordered a second pair for my daughter.
