Service was super fast and helpful!

I've always gotten good service from Adv Sound. Orders arrive quickly and in great shape, and in the many orders I've placed, I only had one problem with a product which was handled easily and quickly. Their customer service, from my point of view, is exemplary and a model for other companies to follow. Every thing about them has always been top notch. I've been purchasing from them since their first Kickstarter campaign, and have yet to have even a slight hiccup. I don't know of many other companies that can claim that after several years in business. It is my hope that they continue producing this level of quality products for several more years.

Excellent personal service. The only issue was the AirPods Pro adapters were missing and I had to go back the next day for those in order to use the tips.

I needed to get replacement custom sleeves for one of my IEMs and get new sleeves for a different set of IEMs. I had used a different company prior, and while I never had issue with them, they did sleeves for a small number of brands. I discovered ADV and learned they could make custom sleeves to meet my needs, but also supported a wider variety of brands. I got my impressions and sent them. As soon as I did, they asked for the tracking number so they could both ensure receipt and notify me when they received them. Turn around was very fast. Faster than I expected. The sleeves fit perfectly. I'm very happy with the service and look forward to using ADV again in the future.

This is the second product i purchased from ADV. Great sound and isolation. Manufacturing and shipping times were on point taking into consideration that everything is backed up right now. Would recommend.

Appropriate timely delivery. Took a couple of days trying different tips. Shells are really good looking, but very slippery, somewhat hard to pick up cleanly or change tips; minor quibble though. Still quite early in listening. I just use these with iPad and iPhone. Still trying tips. Tried some aftermarket New Bee foam tips, but they are too long to fit in charging case. Will update later. So far, good 👍
