Being the first time I was ordering a pair of sunglasses from ADS Sports Eyewear I opted for the "Try-Out Pair First" possibility (only paying for the frames), thinking I would get a pair with the same glasses I wanted to test albeit not prescription, which was fine with me. The shipping confirmation however stated glasses in a different color. This defeated the reason I choose "Try-Out Pair First", so was kind of disappointed. I immediately sent an email hoping they could change it. The right color glasses however weren’t in stock and I was told I could simply return the Try-Out Pair (and my own cost) and wait until the right color glasses were available and ADS Sports Eyewear would send me a new Try-Out pair. However since I was pressed for time (I live in Europe and would only be in the US for a week) I decided to place a new order and hope the color of the glasses would be to my liking and the sunglasses would be delivered in time. ADS Sports Eyewear called to confirm the second order as they thought it might have been a duplicate order. Once I explained the situation they said they would get right on it and were even able to stop the Original shipment of the Try-Out Pair, saving me the trouble and money of send it back. The payment for the Try-Out Pair was refunded the same day. The sunglasses arrived in time and were exactly as I had hoped. Excellent service…. ADS Sports Eyewear rocks ;-)

Needed some Rx sunglasses with progressive lenses and after one email and short phone call received just what I needed within 10 days time. Very happy with the service and product.

The ADS staff was outstanding and they do a great job insuring you get what you paid for. I ordered Oakley prescription bifocals and they are way better the any other vision center had to offer. You want quality than you pay for quality.

I have ordered two (2) pair of glasses from ADS and both experiences were great. My last pair of Oakley prescription lenses came back from Oakley scratched. ADS was excellent handling the return and replacement. I would recommend ADS.

I ordered a set of Smith goggles with a prescription insert based on the ADS web page descriptions. Everything was just as promised. The goggles fit perfectly and the insert was easy to install. I am an agressive skier and the insert stayed put. As a bonus, during one damp day on the slopes I made it through with minimal fogging. ADS also has great service. There was a delay in getting my prescription from the factory. They sent my insert second day mail to make sure it arrived before my trip. Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending ADS to anyone.
