I ordered a set of Smith Ski Goggles with a universal prescription lens insert. The plastic insert had a prong on the top that quickly broke. When I emailed ADS, they agreed that the problem should not have happened and they offered to replace the insert. They quickly sent me a UPS label to return the insert free of charge. The goggles and insert work great, and I am very pleased with how they work while I am skiing. The insert means that my goggles and helmet do squeeze the frames of my glasses against my head anymore, making it a lot more comfortable for a day of skiing.

I assumed that this was a trial of the actual prescription order and that I would be receiving a delivery of the glasses that I ordered (frame and lens type with the prescription). If it was stated on the website that the eyeware I would be receiving would not be the this I would have not checked that box and would have just placed the order. The "try before you buy" only delayed the process of receiving my prescription eyeware that I ordered. In addition, the signature required when delivered also caused an additional 2 day delay as the UPS delivery driver and I missed each other for 2 days. If I would have known that I would not be receiving the glasses that I intended to order, I would not have used this process. Recommend a better description on your website.

Customer service was outsanding. Pricing was fair and accurate. I was very happy with all 3 pair that I purchased.

The ADS website needs navigation and functional upgrades with respect to choosing options and explaining their respective attributes. It was also a bit disappointing that when ordering on line the shipping information and card holder information could not be input the same due to some programing oddity that their shipping carrier required. When I called ADS direct, they were very helpful answering product questions and resolving the online purchase issue. The only other thing to be aware of is that when you do the TRY before you BUY order, you only receive the goggles, not the Rx lenses, which for me was the opposite of my concern. I was much more concerned about how the Rx lenses would function.

My lense inserts for my goggles came quickly and worked flawlessly with my POC Cornea goggles! I can't even see the frames once they are in the goggles, and needed no adjustment period at all. My Dad still fumbles with his over-the-glasses goggles, but I had no goggle drama! Great product!

I bought a pair of prescription lenses for my Oakley Gascan sunglasses. I ordered them twice in two days because I did not get a confirmation email. I emailed them when I didn't get a confirmation email a second time. Both orders were received and they cancelled the duplicate at my request and reversed the duplicate charge to my card instantly. I was so happy with the lenses when they arrived I placed an order for another pair of Gascans with the same prescription. they were delivered in a week. because. best vision I have ever experienced in sunglasses. Between Dave and Julia, I couldn't have gotten better care anyware,

The company worked great, the lenses were order immediately without any issues. I asked a question regarding shipping and the response was very fast. I would do business with them again, I highly recommend them
