The clinicians are unprofessional (apart from a few). The customer service is shocking, the admin side of the process is disappointing- you spend hours trying to get through on the phone, their email inbox is also always full so you are unable to reach them through email. Prescriptions are texted to your mobile but 9/10 times are incorrect so you spent a day getting in touch to tell them it’s incorrect as you can’t text back to the number. My experience over the last two years has been poor. Choose another right 2 choose provider.

I was told my initial video call would be up to 2 hours but it was about 40 / 45 minutes and felt extremely rushed to the point I don’t think I’ve been diagnosed correctly my report which I was told would be with me in a couple of days took more like 10 days and had 5 incorrect statements in it making me feel like I wasn’t even listened to on top of been rushed! It was 3rd July when I received my report so straight away I submitted an on line complaint which I heard nothing from after about a month I rang and was told the department I’d got through to couldn’t help but was given the email address to forward my complaint onto which I did on the 7th August and 5 days later have still not heard anything back! An absolutely appalling service all round sadly

Harrow health is absolutely shocking!
Harrow health are an absolutely shocking service. You can’t get hold of anyone when you call and if you manage to get through your on hold for over 30 minutes if not longer! You fill out their contact form and no one contact you.
Their service has to be one of the worst services I’ve been with!!
Been trying to sort out medication for over 3 weeks and when you phone to say you’ve run out and ask what your meant to do, all you get told is “your just have to wait”.

Zero communication, unprofessional, negligent
The only positive part of this whole experience was my titration appointments with Julie, who was warm and kind and made me feel supported.
Literally every other part of my experience with Harrow Health has been shocking. My assessor started the appointment by demanding to know “if I am female”, seemed in a rush to get through the appointment, checking boxes rather than listening to what I said. Same for another clinician I saw for my final titration appointment.
The communication is HORRIBLE. They do not answer the phone with a hold time of less than 30 minutes, and twice I have simply been disconnected after waiting for the better part of an hour. I was supposedly discharged a few weeks ago but they never sent the documents relating to duty of care to me or my GP, so they cannot prescribe me my medication. I waited 30 mins on hold to tell them this, and they sent me the wrong document, belonging to another patient. In a MASSIVE GDPR breach, I now have access to a stranger’s medical information.
I feel like I have been held hostage by this horrible, incompetent service and I cannot fathom how this is allowed to continue like this. This is a vulnerable patient population and the way I and others are being treated is appalling.
There is no way to contact the service directly, only the poor people they put on the front lines to handle overflow calls, who have no access to any information and at best can pass a message across. If this message is misinterpreted, you have to spend another 30 minutes on the phone and hope for the best. They do not have an email address advertised, and they do not respond to the contact form.
This is just completely and utterly unacceptable.

Shite service
Shite service, I am beyond fed up with them. I have been accidentally dismissed, told incorrect information, and generally messed around by the sheer lack of organisation. Your initial diagnosis will come quickly but treatment? Good luck (!)

Months of unnecessary stress, confusion and delay at a time when I was seeking treatment.
My experience with Harrow Health’s ADHD service has been extremely poor.
Telephone calls went unanswered despite spending over two hours waiting in queues. Voicemail messages were not returned. Emails often went unanswered and I had to repeatedly chase for responses. I submitted a formal complaint and did not even receive an acknowledgement for a considerable period.
Communication has been inconsistent throughout. Different members of staff gave different explanations of the process, and it took months to obtain a clear answer about what was actually required.
Despite already holding an NHS ADHD diagnosis through Right to Choose, I was required to complete ADHD pre-assessment questionnaires, provide historical information and supporting evidence again. This process and the reasons for it were never clearly explained.
The result was months of unnecessary stress, confusion and delay at a time when I was seeking treatment.
Based on my experience, communication, responsiveness and patient support fell well below the standard I expected from an NHS-commissioned service.
